Isaac Ballard was baptized on 23 November 1729 at Horsmonden, Kent, , England.1 He was the son of Isaac Ballard. Isaac Ballard received £10 in Samuell Ballard's will probated on 5 March 1808.2 Isaac Ballard received unto my brother Isaac Ballard the sum of three shillings weekly and every week for and during the term of his natural life the first payment thereof to commence and be made at the end of one week after my death. It seems highly inprobable that Isaac lived long enough to receive this bequest on Walter's death in 1822 but he was clearly still alive in 1817. in Walter Ballard's will probated on 18 August 1817.2
