This will nuncupative of William Ballard late of <????> <???> <?????????> in the county of Leicester <???> and declared the five and twentieth day of August Anno dmi 1596 in the presence of William Salisbury Agnes Ballard Joan Ballard and others as followeth vizt.

I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Ballard the sum of thirteen pounds six shillings eight pence All the rest of my goods I give unto William Ballard my son whom I make executor.
