I James Ballard being of good health and sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath the whole of my property and effects monies etc of whatever description that I may be possessed of to my dear and only son James Ballard for his sole use and benefit and I do also appoint the said James Ballard my son to be my sole executor - Jas Ballard - (LS) - signed sealed and acknowledged by the said Testator James Ballard as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses dated the twenty sixth day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty five - Eliza Emins - Caroline Harris - servants to James Ballard Esq 32 Regent Square, St Pancras.

 

Proved at London the 7th January 1857 before the Worshipful William Robinson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of James Ballard the son the sole executor to whom administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
